Forum for Women in Democracy Uganda

Government might have set out to help rural famers in various schemes, but there is a lot still wanting. At 77, she radiates the amount of energy and passion that none of her contemporaries can easily show off. Meet Frances Akello, a single mother of two sons, who is also a farmer and an educationist.
